Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and mid-level positions across various functions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels including direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
Handle a high-volume recruitment pipeline (25-30 roles) ensuring quality and speed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements.
Provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet organizational needs.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools.
Implement cost-efficient and innovative sourcing models to drive diversity hiring.

Analytics & Reporting:

Leverage recruitment data and analytics to monitor key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity ratios.
Maintain recruitment MIS and generate reports for data-driven decision-making.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes based on insights.
