Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review clinical trial protocols and RFPs to develop competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with Scientific Affairs and Business Development.
Support Central Laboratory proposal and budget generation for Clinical Trials Business Development Directors and their clients.
Coordinate proposal strategy to optimize efficiency and competitiveness.
Liaise with Scientific Affairs and affiliate labs to obtain pricing and technical inputs as needed.
Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal departments and external clients.
Manage timely proposal generation and ensure on-time delivery to Business Development or clients.
Participate in client meetings and interactions, as required.
Maintain and update SOPs related to proposal development.
Mentor and assist in the training of new Proposal Developers, when necessary.
