Proposal Developer

Role Overview: As a Proposal Developer, you will be responsible for developing and preparing budgets and proposals for assigned customers to support the global sales team. You will review Requests For Proposal (RFP), prepare text and budget for proposals, and provide support to other Proposal Developers. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all processes and policies related to proposal development and participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) and identify information for proposal text and budget development - Work closely with the proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals - Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids, and related documents - Provide support and assistance to other Proposal Developers - Revise or develop preliminary agreements, budgets, and scope of work - Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements - Perform quality control edits on all documents and participate in finalizing and distributing documents - Update and maintain corporate databases as required - Participate in customer meetings and departmental initiatives - Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Proposals or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Knowledge of CRO Industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and understanding of costing models - Ability to interpret RFPs and protocols - Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers,
