The Proposal Developer role requires a minimum of 2+ years of work experience and will be based in either Bangalore or Ahmedabad. The work mode for this position is hybrid, combining remote and in-office work. The key skills for this role include expertise in the proposal process and the ability to prepare budgets. Additionally, having skills in client management is considered a good-to-have. As a Proposal Developer, you will be responsible for reviewing Requests For Proposal (RFP), identifying the necessary information for proposal text and budget development, and collaborating closely with the proposal development team to finalize proposals. You will prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids, and other related documents. Supporting and assisting other Proposal Developers in delivering assigned opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to revise or develop preliminary agreements, ensuring that the scope of work is accurately defined and budgets align with the scope. Adherence to all processes and policies related to proposal development is crucial. Participation in strategy calls to understand customer requirements and identifying discrepancies in customer information will be required. Quality control edits on all documents, participation in finalizing documents, and their distribution to customers and internal departments are also part of the role. Updating and maintaining corporate databases, ensuring accurate information is included in tracking reports, may also be necessary. Participation in customer meetings, departmental initiatives, and performing any other assigned duties is expected. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of direct experience in Proposals or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Knowledge of the CRO Industry, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and an understanding of costing models are essential. The ability to interpret RFPs and protocols, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers are also required.,
