Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in a competitive job market in India. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
