Position: Recruiter Team Lead

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar
Experience: 2–3 Years in Recruitment (Consultancy)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter Team Lead to join our dynamic consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a consultancy or agency environment and will be ready to take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment targets and SLAs.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to client interviews and offer closures.
  • Assign roles to team members based on their strengths and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and timelines.
  • Maintain candidate and client data accurately in ATS/CRM tools.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters and new hires in recruitment best practices.
  • Generate reports on team performance, hiring metrics, and pipeline status.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing agency.
  • At least 6–12 months of experience in a leadership or senior recruiter role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience in handling bulk and niche hiring across industries.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.

  • Result-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and keen to grow within the recruitment domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
