  AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Big Data, Data Engineering, Analytics

• Testing & Quality:

  SDET, Automation (Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity), Performance Testing, API Testing

• Specialized Roles:

  Gen AI/ML, AEM, Shopify, MarTech, Security & IAM, DevOps, Architects (Solution/Technical/Integration), Scrum Masters, Program Managers

What We’re Looking For in You

• 4–10 years of technical recruitment experience (corporate/consulting)
• Strong knowledge of digital engineering, cloud, and mobile/web technologies
• Proven sourcing & pipeline-building skills (job boards, social, communities, GitHub, Boolean)
• Excellent communication &

  stakeholder management skills

• Excellent salary negotiation skills
