Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an OPT Recruiter with 2 to 5+ years of experience, your primary focus will be on sourcing profiles with at least 10+ years of experience. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting candidates from OPT, Green Card holders, H1s, H1 transfers, and US citizens across various domains. You will specifically target candidates with 10+ years of experience in relevant technical and non-technical fields. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both contract and full-time roles will be crucial. You will be actively engaged in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Collaboration with account managers and clients to comprehend job requirements and present suitable candidates will be part of your routine. Maintaining detailed candidate databases and reports on recruiting activities will also be essential. Ensuring compliance with US immigration laws and client specifications throughout the recruitment process is a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess proven experience in US IT recruiting, particularly in sourcing candidates for OPT, Green Card holders, H1s, and H1 transfers. A strong grasp of the US staffing process and legal employment regulations is necessary. Your ability to manage high-volume recruiting while consistently delivering quality candidates will be critical.
