About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contract-to-Hire Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities and has experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation. Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and pipeline progress Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture. Required:C2H Staffing,C2H Hiring, Technical recruitment, IT Staffing Experience : 2-4Yrs Location: Bangalore. NP: Immediate Joiners Salary: As per company standards
