Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates by scheduling dates, times, and locations.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates on salary, benefits, and other terms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for technical roles (full-stack development).
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
