Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates by scheduling dates, times, and locations.
  • Negotiate offers with selected candidates on salary, benefits, and other terms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for technical roles (full-stack development).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
