Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
