Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Malaysia. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and find suitable candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
• Previous experience in the machine manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
