Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Coimbatore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the role involves creating job postings, conducting reference checks, and extending formal job offers to candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.
