Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Fresher Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings. You will also assist in managing candidate relationships, scheduling interviews, and supporting recruitment efforts to meet company staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
