ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for
recruitment of potential candidates

Liaise with managers/team leads
to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Identifying the most
effective methods for recruiting
and attracting candidates.
- Responsible for
full cycle of recruiting
, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
- Sourcing candidates from various
job portals, linkedIn & other databases
- Perform screening calls to
analyse applicants abilities
- Maintaining required
MIS on submissions, interviews and selects
on timely basis
- Responsible for
creating and managing the candidate experience
at every stage during the recruitment process
