Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and create
effective hiring strategies
.
Source and screen candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and referrals
.
Handle the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and offer closure.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve defined
hiring targets
and deliver
quality profiles
within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3–7 years of experience as a
Domestic Recruiter
Strong expertise in
job portal sourcing (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in
IT / Non-IT recruitment
will be an advantage.
