We are seeking a Supervisor, Filed Recruiter, and Recruiter.(Background of the Manufacturing Industry Staffing)
We exclusively deploy labor to the automotive industry in order to provide services.
For this, we are searching for an experienced workforce Sourcing Supervisor who can assist different firms with their workforce requirements.
Hiring personnel, keeping records, and providing supervision. Find possible applicants using a variety of methods, such as social media, professional networks for file sourcing, online job boards, and employee recommendations.
To create a shortlist of qualified applicants, screen resumes and perform preliminary phone screening
Preferred candidate profile
Must be able to converse in the language of the area Attend hiring events and job fairs. strong networking and sourcing abilities. Excellent understanding of this subject of manpower supply is must. The capacity to establish and preserve connections with hiring managers and candidates. Recruiter Tasks and Accountabilities: It is the recruiter's responsibility to meet the labor needs of the company on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. To handle all aspect of our employment procedure, including locating potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications. Maintaining job advertisements, doing background checks, and sourcing people both offline and online are among the duties of a mass recruiting recruiter. Tasks and Responsibilities of a Recruiter:
The recruiter is in charge of supplying the company with the labor it requires on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Among the duties of a bulk hiring recruiter are background checks, updated job listings, and offline and internet recruiting.
Qualification : Any graduate
Salary : 3 to 4.5 Lacs
Experience : 1 to 10 Years
