As a Recruiter in the Human Resources department at our Bengaluru office, your primary focus will be on hiring junior to mid-level talent across various functions within the food and beverage industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the right candidates to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for junior and mid-level roles in departments like Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality. - Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals to source potential candidates. - Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews with relevant stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports. - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. - Provide support during recruitment drives and walk-in interviews when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the food/FMCG or manufacturing sector. - Proficiency in sourcing and screening techniques. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
