Now100 is seeking a Senior Recruiter in India to manage full life cycle recruiting for key roles within a financial industry client. The recruiter will actively source, interview, and screen candidates, working closely with senior-level hiring managers to fill current and future job openings while promoting career opportunities within the organization. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Proven experience in full life cycle corporate recruiting Strong technical recruiting background Experience partnering with senior hiring managers to close roles High sense of urgency, proactivity, teamwork, and excellent communication skills Strong time management and negotiation skills Effective stakeholder management Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Search and source candidates using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates work history, skills, education, and fit Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records Communicate with applicants about employment opportunities, selection status, and company benefits Provide detailed information to candidates about the company, operations, and career paths Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and customer service skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time Basic mentoring skills for candidate and team support Knowledge of recruitment laws, policies, and best practices Understanding of personnel recruitment, selection, and training processes Familiarity with business and management principles related to strategic planning Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
