Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for manufacturing positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Build strong pipelines for roles such as sales, production supervisors, engineers, quality inspectors, and other technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a good fit for both skills and culture.
Requirements:
2+ years
of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of hiring for technical and production roles in manufacturing.
Strong sourcing abilities using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions independently while working remotely.
