Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ fitment and interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or Excel tracker) regularly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and assist in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Generate and share recruitment reports and metrics with the TA team.


Educational Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory).
