This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at Mayur Dynamic (Tiles & Pavers) located in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. Additional tasks include managing job postings, coordinating hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, conduct reference checks, and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Skills in managing job postings and coordinating hiring processes
Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience
Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Aptitude for maintaining candidate databases and conducting reference checks
Proficiency in participating in job fairs and other recruitment events
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
