Role & responsibilities Source and recruit candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues. Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates. Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for the role and organization. Create and assess assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude to gauge candidate capabilities Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
