Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the robotics products and solutions offered by company. Stay updated on the latest advancements and emerging trends in the robotics industry. 2. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential customers and understand their needs and requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of your company's robotics offerings. 3. Solution Design: Work closely with customers to analyse their requirements and design tailored robotics solutions to meet their specific needs. This may involve configuring and integrating different robotic components, selecting appropriate software, and considering factors such as cost, efficiency, and safety. 4. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases. Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide guidance on installation, operation, and maintenance of robotics systems. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within your organization, such as engineering, marketing, and operations, to gather inputs, share customer feedback, and contribute to product development and improvement. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build productive business relationships. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
