Job Overview

KR Mangalam School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in South Delhi. This full-time, mid-level position requires a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 6 years of experience in the recruitment field and be well-versed in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and screening potential hires.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully recruiting top-tier candidates.
  • Ability to source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including social media and industry-specific networks.
  • Experience in conducting thorough candidate screening and assessment to ensure a strong fit with organizational needs.
  • Proficient in coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • Must have skills include comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency in various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline the sourcing and hiring process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, utilizing the organization's applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in developing and promoting the organization's employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
