This full-time, mid-level position requires a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 6 years of experience in the recruitment field and be well-versed in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and screening potential hires.

• Proficient in coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Must have skills include comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in candidate engagement.
• Proficiency in various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline the sourcing and hiring process.

• Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, utilizing the organization's applicant tracking system.
