Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As a Recruiter – IT and Non-IT, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions. This will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role requires collaboration with various departments to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Experience in IT and NON IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring for diverse roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
