Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for various business functions.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT / BPO – customize as per your need).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other ATS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
