Role Overview: As a Recruiter for the Expedia project in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to recruit commercial talent for complex/tech companies. You should have experience in recruiting for such roles, either in-house or through agency experience. Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with a sourcing team to build pipelines and also source candidates for senior positions. Your role will involve various tasks such as conducting recruiter phone screens, sourcing candidates, conducting intake meetings with Hiring Managers, conducting debrief meetings, making decisions on candidate selection, and drafting offers.
