Job Description

You will be part of our team as a highly organized, detail-oriented, and "people-first" HR professional. Your role will be pivotal in attracting top talent and providing day-to-day HR support to ensure our employees thrive. You should be an analytical thinker and a skilled multitasker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition (70%) - Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to hiring and onboarding. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Sourcing and identifying qualified talent for various roles such as creative, strategy, media, and account management positions. - Building and maintaining talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using proactive sourcing strategies and digital channels. - Reviewing, screening, and scheduling candidates while ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the process. - Utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track all recruitment activities. HR Operations & Business Support (30%) - Acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. - Facilitating smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees. - Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Assisting with the performance review cycle, providing administrative support and tracking key milestones. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or similar environment. - Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles. - Ability to work effectively through frequent changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. - Capability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.,
