What you'll do:

Source, screen, and interview
candidates for roles like
SMEs, Team Leads, Managers.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Utilize job portals, social media, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Maintain accurate candidate data in our google sheet.

What you'll bring:

Min 1 year of recruitment experience, specifically within the BPO sector.
Proven ability to manage
high-volume hiring
