Role Overview

This position handles hiring for production, engineering, and support staff in a company like Hansem Group. The focus is on quick, effective recruitment to fill urgent needs in building systems operations.​

Main Duties

• Handle full hiring process: find candidates on job sites, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies; check resumes; set up interviews; work with managers; and help with onboarding.
• Build lists of potential hires for roles like technicians and supervisors; keep records in hiring software; follow Indian labor laws.
• Write job ads, offer jobs, check backgrounds, and track hiring speed and success rates.​

Requirements

• Bachelor's or MBA in HR; 3-5 years hiring experience in manufacturing or construction; ready to join immediately.
• Know rules like PF and ESI; use hiring tools; understand factory staffing needs.​

Key Skills

• Good at finding people, interviewing, and negotiating; strong communication.

Skilled in MS Office and HR software; analyze hiring data; flexible for group company work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
