Recruiter - Freshers

As an HR Recruiter at our Pune office, your primary focus will be on recruitment and supporting clients" hiring needs. You will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Source, screen, and schedule interviews to hire top talent quickly and efficiently. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to offer rollouts. - Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. In addition to recruitment, you will also be involved in HR administration tasks such as: - Handling onboarding processes and ensuring smooth completion of all documentation. - Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. - Tracking attendance, leaves, and other HR operational tasks. - Supporting basic employee engagement initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in both Tech and Non-Tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Must be open to working from our office in Pimple Nilakh, Pune.
