Job Description Urgently Hiring Recruiters - Work from Home  *Must have a laptop and wifi connection *Must possess excellent English communication Skill *Ability to work under target and deadlines *Experience: 1years to 4 years into Non-IT Recruitment *Qualification: Any Graduate  Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) Source candidates through online channels (e.g. Professional networks and portfolio sites) Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews Report to hiring managers and managers on the status of open positions Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance Determine qualification criteria for each position Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements) Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation Help with new hires onboard Requirements Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Non-IT Recruiter or similar role Minimum experience 1year - 4 years Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Work from Home  Work Time: 9:30AM to 6:30PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off and Sunday off) Learning and Development  Quarterly and Yearly Appraisals  Monthly Fixed salary Range: As per market standards + PF and ESIC + Performance based incentives For more details call Monali @ 7387440517 or forward cv @ monali.r@2coms.com
