Join Exxat, a fast-growing EdTech SaaS company transforming healthcare education, as a Recruiter. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring talent to support our growing teams.

What you’ll do:

• Actively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial conversations, and assess candidates for fit and potential.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines for accurate tracking.
• Support recruitment initiatives, including talent campaigns and database management.
• Share ideas to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech or product roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while supporting the TA team.
