The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers. The role involves creating job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews,managing HR related works ,statutory things, and maintaining job applicant data.etc This is an on-site role located in Thrissur. candidate willing to travel various location for conducting interviews Qualifications Experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition Skills in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and managing recruitment processes Proficient in creating job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
