Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure the delivery of quality talent in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future staffing needs.

Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, job market conditions, and legal hiring requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess hiring efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Proven ability to source and recruit healthcare professionals at all levels.

Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED:

Experience with staffing agencies or recruitment firms.

Familiarity with compliance and credentialing requirements in healthcare staffing.
