Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare professionals. Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach . Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit . Manage the entire recruitment process , including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation . Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs. Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, job market conditions, and legal hiring requirements . Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure hiring efficiency. Requirements: Education & Experience: ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). ? 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition . Skills & Competencies: ? Proven ability to source and recruit healthcare professionals at all levels. ? Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and industry trends . ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . ? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools . ? Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills .
