Roles and Responsibilities

* Source and recruit top talent for blue collar positions in the manufacturing industry.
* Conduct thorough screening and interviewing process to ensure candidate fit for production roles.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
* 3-5 years of experience in blue collar hiring or recruitment in the manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of production hiring processes and labor laws.
