Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement lean six sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence initiatives, resulting in improved product quality and reduced defects.
Provide training on internal auditing principles, process implementation, and process compliance to team members.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., production reports) to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in automotive industry or related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Automobile or Mechanical).
Strong understanding of IMS, ISO audit, process audit, process compliance, process implementation, process improvement, processing, and lean six sigma concepts.
