Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end documentation process for immigration cases, ensuring all files are meticulously organized and up to date. Manage ancillary processes, including gathering supporting documents and coordinating with clients and relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to immigration. Develop and implement remittance strategies to facilitate smooth financial transactions during immigration processes. Draft detailed and accurate source of funds documents for client submissions. Complete and submit petition forms, ensuring they are compliant with immigration rules and guidelines. Proofread documents, petitions, and drafts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and changes to provide accurate guidance to clients.
