Job Description

Role & responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates. Draft and publish engaging job advertisements. Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Assist in developing employer branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and send offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (for junior roles). Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
