Recovery Manager

You will be responsible for field-level execution, working closely with fleet, stores, and legal teams to recover electric cycles, accessories, and resolve escalated default cases. We’re looking for someone with strong field experience, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recovery of e-cycles, tools, and accessories from defaulting riders, vendors, or partners.
• Follow up on overdue payments, track defaulters, and drive timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular and escalated field visits to ensure asset control.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly recovery MIS and field activity reports.
• Coordinate recovery strategies with fleet operations and legal teams.
• Recommend improvements in recovery processes and tracking mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in recovery, collections, asset control, or field operations (preferred: EV, logistics, NBFC, or telecom sector).
• Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.
• Strong Excel/reporting skills and attention to field data accuracy.
• Must be comfortable with local travel and assertive communication.
