Roles and Responsibilities Manage debt recovery operations for assigned customers. Conduct field collections, loan recoveries, and payment collections. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and negotiate settlements. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in Debt Recovery, Collections, or related fields (BPO/Call Centre). Strong knowledge of Telugu language is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage. Experience working on Banking Collection, Credit Collection, Payment Collection projects preferred.
