Role:

Key Responsibilities

Publishing Accounting – RTR

  • Manage weekly/month-end reporting, balance sheets, headcount, and corporate overheads.
  • Perform accruals & prepayment reconciliations; identify risks & opportunities.
  • Support budgeting & forecasting (TM1), variance analysis, and cost movements.
  • Prepare month-end results, budget/outlook presentations, and stakeholder decks.
  • Lead monthly/budget/forecast headcount consolidation.
  • Manage shared-cost accruals, bonuses, BUPA postings, insurance surveys.
  • Review blocked invoices, GRNI, code invoices/approve POs.
  • Handle ad-hoc reports as required.

Corporate Reporting – RTR

  • Oversee iXBRL filings, US Tax data packages & reconciliations.
  • Support audits (UK & Ireland) and coordinate with audit/compliance teams.
  • Support UK SOX project: control testing, documentation, and liaison with EY.
  • Own & review complex balance sheet reconciliations; manage bad debt provision.
  • Oversee intercompany processes and monthly agreement reviews.
  • Manage SAP GRC access controls, user access reviews, and SOD compliance.
  • Support US Tax compliance reporting and finance manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in

    Publishing Accounting or Corporate Reporting – RTR

    .
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, handle tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office, Google Suite

    ; exposure to

    SAP S/4HANA, OneSource, OneStream, AuditBoard, SAP GRC

    preferred.
  • Analytical, quick learner, problem-solver, highly accurate.
