Job Description

Record To Report (RTR) Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and manage a team with a
team size of 30+
.
Drive operational excellence within the
Record To Report
function.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members.
RTR & Finance Operations:
Oversee all aspects of
RTR and operations
.
Manage
GL Accounting, SOW (Statement of Work), Budgeting
, and
Financial Goal
setting.
Conduct
Finance Reviews
and contribute to
Business Planning
.
Coordinate
Transition Coordination
activities as needed.
Financial Oversight:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Conduct thorough
Financial Reviews
to support decision-making.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
Minimum of
13+ years of experience
in
RTR & operations
.
Mandatory
on-paper experience as a manager
with significant
team handling
experience.
Skills:
Expertise in
Record To Report, Finance Account, GL Accounting, SOW, Budget, Financial Goal, Finance Review, Business Planning, and Transition Coordination
.
