Reconciliation Executive (Fintech)

Job Responsibilities Daily reconciliation of financial transactions (Bank vs System data) Matching transactions for services like UPI, AEPS, DMT, Wallet, Bill Payments, etc. Identifying mismatches, pending, failed, or reversed transactions Preparing daily / weekly reconciliation & MIS reports Coordinating with internal support, tech team, and banking partners for issue resolution Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data confidentiality Timely closure of reconciliation discrepancies Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Basic accounting knowledge (Debit / Credit concepts) Strong command over MS Excel / Google Sheets VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables Filters & data analysis Understanding of fintech transactions & reference IDs Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy Personal Qualities High attention to detail Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Time management & discipline (important for part-time role) Honest, reliable, and responsible with financial data What We Offer Flexible working hours Opportunity to work with a growing fintech company Practical exposure to real-time financial systems Performance-based long-term opportunity
