Our ecosystem encompasses multiple specialized food brands, each designed to solve fundamental challenges of accessibility, quality, and convenience. We operate a “House of Brands” model, blending culinary expertise with advanced technology to deliver seamless, delightful food experiences across a wide range of cuisines and formats.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Culinary Brand Strategy Lead to help shape the future of our food portfolio. In this role, you will work across multiple brands, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and culinary innovation. You will be part of a collaborative environment that balances centralized platform excellence with brand-level creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overarching brand strategy for our food venture, ensuring alignment with the mission and ecosystem goals.
  • Guide brand-specific teams in menu innovation, culinary operations, quality assurance, and P&L management.
  • Collaborate with centralized platform teams managing technology, supply chain, data, and marketing to maximize operational synergy.
  • Lead the launch of new brands from concept to market using our proprietary brand launch playbook, including pilot testing, menu engineering, and platform integration.
  • Monitor consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market gaps to identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovation.
  • Participate in the Food Council, contributing to strategic alignment, quarterly roadmap reviews, and new brand greenlighting.
  • Ensure cross-brand discovery, retention, and ecosystem-wide customer engagement through a seamless, technology-driven approach.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, culinary innovation, or food operations management.
  • Strong understanding of multi-brand ecosystems and portfolio management.
  • Experience with menu engineering, culinary R&D, and food technology integration.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, supply chain optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between creative, operational, and technical teams.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
