Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum Personal Assistant is responsible for managing front-desk operations while providing high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The role combines customer-facing duties with confidential executive assistance, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle basic inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.

Administrative & Personal Assistance:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of delegated work.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage basic administrative functions.
  • Support personal errands and appointments of the executive when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role as receptionist, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
  • Preferred: Experience in corporate, hospitality, or service-based environments.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with front-facing responsibilities.
  • May require occasional extended hours or availability outside normal working hours to support the executive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,469.55 per month
