Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, travel-friendly, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Owner/Director in both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi , excellent computer proficiency, and the flexibility to travel and work extended hours when required. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Owner/Director. Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries (domestic & international). Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the Owner. Prepare reports, presentations (PowerPoint), letters, and Excel sheets as needed. Organize meetings, conferences, and events; prepare meeting minutes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of discretion. Assist with personal tasks, errands, and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Be available 24x7 for urgent requirements or travel support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Female candidate, well-presented and professional. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality. Travel-friendly and flexible with working hours. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferred. Education: Graduate degree in any field (preferred: Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline).
