Responsible for managing reception, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, supporting student admissions/registrations, coordinating with staff and faculty, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist visitors; schedule appointments.
* Handle phone calls, inquiries, and student support.
* Manage admission/registration formalities and records in IMS/CRM.
* Maintain stock of stationery, books, and materials.
* Register students for IELTS/IDP exams and share results.
* Organize weekly/mock tests and issue results on time.
* Coordinate with faculty on attendance and class support.
* Keep notice boards and reception area updated and organized.

*Requirements*
* Graduate/Diploma in Administration, Communication, or related field.
* 1–3 years’ experience in front desk, administration, or customer service.
* Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Professional personality with multitasking ability.
